I asked my CTO friend his thoughts about a few companies and he replied with a simple “I like…I wish…Ideas” evaluation framework that I thought was easy to digest and remember. I have seen similar frameworks in design thinking but not used to provide quick evaluations of companies, this has me thinking of other use cases…
